These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern communications between you (“Customer”) and
Quality Home Solutions LLC (“Quality Home Solutions”; “Quality Hardware and Glass”; “Quality Kitchen and Bath”; “Quality Home Inspections”, “we”, “us” or “our”) by SMS messaging program
(the “Program”) and Marketing. By using our services and/or providing your contact information
(and/or the contact information of your client) you are opting into our email and text messaging
services, and you agree to receive messages from Quality Home Solutions LLC at the email or
mobile number you provided.
We provide two distinct categories of communications:
1. Service Communications (Two-Way Messaging and email correspondence) which include but are not limited to:
a. Appointment confirmations and reminders
b. Project scheduling updates
c. Job progress notifications
d. Invoice notifications and payment reminders
e. Collection of payment from client(s)
f. Customer service communications
g. Seasonal service announcements including updates to services provided and operational changes by Quality Home Solutions when applicable
These messages are considered transactional or relationship communications, not
marketing. Method of delivery for Service Communications are primarily through SMS/text
message, email, phone call, or other electronic methods. SMS messaging and other
communications may be conducted through a dedicated business phone number(s). Quality
Home Solutions may use the contact information provided by clients to dispute payment or
collect payment directly from the homeowner and/or the party responsible for contracting our
services.
2. Marketing Communications which include but are not limited to:
a. Newsletters
b. Special Offers
c. Advertisements via email, push notifications, text, or other electronic means.
These categories are treated separately. You may opt out of our Marketing Program and
receiving promotional messages at any time by following the Opt-Out Instructions provided
within these Terms or contacting Quality Home Solutions directly. If you choose to opt out of
Marketing Communications, we strongly encourage customers to avoid opting out of Service
Communications as doing so may result in miscommunication or even discontinued service at
any point in a project. The Customer will still be held financially responsible for used materials
and other expenses specific to the Customer’s project(s) if service is discontinued due to their
opting out of Service Communications.
Message frequency may vary depending on your project status, service needs, customer inquiries, and the status of estimates, invoices, payment, etc. You may receive multiple messages per month related to your active projects or service requests. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider.
By providing your mobile phone number to Quality Home Solutions, you consent to receive SMS messages or other methods of communication to deliver messages related to your services, appointments, invoices, promotions, and customer support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message.
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
If you wish to stop receiving Service Communications, you must contact us directly at the phone number or email provided within these Terms.
Please note that opting out of Service Communications may delay or prevent our ability to provide services, complete your project, or respond to support inquiries.
